Missey and Mindy are sisters and co-owners of the TreeHouse Growing and Learning Center. They both have their degree in Elementary Education and graduated from Central College in Pella, Iowa. Missey has her Early Childhood endorsement and taught in the public school system for 12 years. Mindy has a minor in Reading and Special Education and taught in the public school system for 7 years.

The two have owned TreeHouse Growing and Learning Center since 2008 and have loved every minute of building TreeHouse into a childcare center that families love and children grow socially, emotionally and educationally.

Missey is a mother of two children and lives in Ankeny. Mindy is a mother of two and lives just outside of Ankeny in Granger. All four of the children attended TreeHouse and the sisters worked to create a program that would prepare not only their children, but all of the children for Kindergarten. They have created their own curriculum to challenge all students beginning at 1 years old. They have also created an atmosphere where, if needed, early interventions can be put into place to get kids the early academic help they may need.
